Stonewater are now on the lookout for a New Homes Team Leader to join the Development directorate and act as management lead to up to four New Homes Coordinators. Youll ensure high levels of performance and provide support and advice with regard to new build sales and lets within a region.
Providing clear leadership and utilising coaching and motivation skills to ensure a positive, pro-active customer led service, youll ensure the provision of outstanding New Homes Coordinator support for the New Homes Team, that delivers compliant sales and lettings transactions which complete within timescales and income target.
Youll lead on the accurate reporting of defined Key Performance Indicators and Performance Indicators and on the submission of the annual statistical data return and quarterly NROSH report for the New Homes Team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Be highly organised with attention to detail.
- Management experience within a customer focused environment.
- Knowledge of the sales / conveyancing process and/or lettings process to be able to advise and support with legal, regulatory, and other queries.
- Be able to motivate and develop colleagues and teams, demonstrating cooperation, empowerment, and leadership.
- Experience of mentoring and coaching staff.
- Be able to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Be a team player who can work in partnership with colleagues, managers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Experience of working to KPIs and SLAs.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation.
- A good knowledge of IT applications including the ability to use MS Excel.
- Have good numeracy and literacy skills, including statistical and performance information analysis.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
